This is a website operated by Interunity Management Corporation (IMC, also referred as “We”). IMC is registered in Chalandri of Attica (69 Ethnikis Antistaseos str) Athens Greece, This Policy applies to IMC committed to protecting and respecting your privacy when you use our site and other services.
  
This policy (together with our Terms of Use, the Cookies Policy and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. SEVEN PRINCIPLES FOR PROTECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The seven principles below are applicable within IMC which are considered lawful by the GDPR:

When the data is collected, it must be clear as to why the data is being collected and what the data will be used for. We also provide details surrounding the data processing when requested by the data subject.
2. Purpose limitation – We collect any piece of data that have a specific purpose, and those who can be in compliance with GDPR. We will hold your personal data for the period necessary for processing the same in compliance with the provisions of the law.
3. Data minimization – We ensure the data we are capturing is adequate, relevant, and limited.
4. Accurate and up-to-date processing – We make sure that information remains accurate, valid, and fit for purpose. To comply with this principle.
5. Limitation of storage in the form that permits identification – We have policies in place that limits how the data is stored and moved, how long the data is stored, and requires the understanding of how the data subject would be identified if the data records were to be breached.

The connected social network may provide us with information such as your name, profile picture, network, gender, username, user ID, age or age range, language, country, friends list, follower list, and any other information you have agreed it can share or that the social network provides to us.
  
IMC has designed a standard website contact form to initiate communication with any interested individual. This form is used for any inquiries or requests, and it directs them to the appropriate department or staff member. To handle and respond to your inquiries and requests as well as to inform you we might collect and store your full name, email, phone, and any other information you might provide to us. This information is strictly used to adequately inform you or respond to your inquiries or requests and will not be disclosed to third parties, other than those mentioned in this policy or where disclosure is required or permitted by law. In certain circumstances, our website may be used by job applicants, in which case the data subject should refer to the Privacy Notice.

We may share your information with vendors and/or sub-contracting parties, who provide services to us, such as fulfilling orders, providing data processing and other information technology services. Any objection or withdrawal of consent will most probably result to us being unable to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. To this end, we have taken technical measures (such as firewalls, antivirus, VPNs etc) and organizational measures (such as a user ID/password system, means of physical protection etc.).
